I think that I’m pretty happy with that when standing up it doesn’t look so bad, but still having some loose skin issues. So I’ve got a little side light working here does that does help.

I want to give you update if you’ve watch my other videos you know that I have lost 100 pounds in past and I kind of dealt with some loose skin issues and my bug a boo is always in my mid-section so I thought I’d do a little update. Although I supposed I should have realize it when I started trying to beat my own personal records in every 5k, 10k, and the half marathon I ran.
